4 Days 3 Nights Itinerary

Itinerary:

Day 1 : WELCOME TO EGYPT  NILE CRUISE – ASWAN CITY TOUR – FELUCCA RIDE.

Upon arrival at the Aswan airport or your stay, our representative will meet you to transfer you to your wonderful Nile Cruise ship by private air-conditioned van. Check in at 12:00 PM. You will begin with your lunch on board. After lunch, you will visit to the Temple of Philae, where you will be sailing on the Nile by motor boat. The Temple of Philae was built during the Graeco-Roman period and was dedicated to the goddess Isis. Finally, you will transfer to The Unfinished Obelisk location, a red granite monument. Then transfer to a traditional sailing boat (Felucca) to set sail on the Nile, taking in the beautiful scenery, and exploring the Aswan region (subject to weather conditions).

Please Note: If your arrival time to Aswan is early, we will start the tour immediately upon arrival as the cruise check in time at 12:00. We don’t want our guests to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check in.

Day 2 : NILE CRUSIE TRIPS – TOUR TO KOM OMBO TEMPLE AND SAILING THE FASCINTING NILE.

Enjoy the second day with a great breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise boat. (for the early birds, you may book an optional tour of the Abu Simbel temples. Note: This is an optional tour. An additional cost and comes with a breakfast box).
At noon, we set sail for Kom Ombo, taking in the splendor of the Nile Valley and enjoying lunch aboard the Nile Cruise boat. Upon arrival in Kom Ombo you will visit the ancient Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, an exceptional historical monument that provides insight into ancient Egypt’s complex culture. After the visit, you will return to the Nile Cruise ship and set sail for Edfu, where you will enjoy the breathtaking landscape of the Nile Valley. When you arrive to Edfu, you will have dinner and spend the night on the Nile Cruise ship.

Day 3 : SAILING – VISIT TO LUXOR TEMPLE – LUXOR

To start the third day, breakfast will be served aboard the Nile Cruise boat. Then we set off toward Luxor, enjoying the grandeur of the Nile Valley from the waterway. Lunch will be served aboard the Nile Cruise boat as guests enjoy our vessel crossing the Esna lock to a lower level of water, affording the most breathtaking views of the Nile during your journey. When you arrive in Luxor, you will have free time to discovering the city, local markets and souq. Following The Luxor Temple. This a wonderful experience that we are confident you will remember for the rest of your life. Dinner will be served aboard the Nile Cruise boat before you Settle into your on-board lodgings for the night.

Day 4 : LUXOR DAY TOUR TO WEST BANK AND TUTANKHAMUN TOMB – KARNAK TEMPLES

The fourth day begins with  breakfast onboard, followed by disembarkation from the Nile Cruise. (For the early birds, there is an option for a Hot Air Balloon ride, which begins early in the morning and is not included in the price of your package). After disembarking from the Nile Cruise ship, you will be taken on a tour of Luxor’s west bank, which includes the Valley of the Kings. You will see three royal tombs dedicated to Egypt’s ancient Pharaohs. Following that, you will get the opportunity to see King Tutankhamun’s magnificent tomb, the Mummy of Tutankhamun, and the granite sarcophagus, an experience that few people have experienced.

After that, you’ll see Queen Hatshepsut’s temple at Deir el-Bahari, as well as the two Memnon Colossi. After that, head to Luxor’s east bank to see the Karnak temple complex, which contains the Ramses III temple and the Hatshepsut obelisk. At the end, guests will be transfer to Luxor airport for their return flight or to their Luxor hotel with wonderful stories of their Nile Cruise experience.

5 Days 4 Nights Itinerary

Itinerary:

Day 1 : WELCOME TO LUXOR CITY AND EAST BANK TOUR.

Upon arrival at Luxor airport or train station, our representative will transfer you to your Nile Cruise by a private A/C vehicle. Embark 12:00 PM. In the afternoon, you will explore Luxor’s east bank, including the Karnak Temples Complex, which is one of the biggest buildings ever built in human history. The main structure is that of deity Amun Ra, which was considered as the seat of god on earth. The earliest structures date back to the middle kingdom, while other sources point to previous buildings as ancient as the third dynasty. Later, you will continue to explore the Temple of Luxor, which was built by one of the rulers of the 12th dynasty and finished by the well-known king Ramses II. This temple was built in the center of ancient Luxor. Like Karnak, this temple was dedicated to the main/chief god Amun Re. After your day excursion, you will be taken back to the boat to rest. At night, Dinner will be served, followed by an overnight stay in Luxor City.

Note: If your arrival time to Luxor is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as the cruise check in time at 12:00 and we don’t want our guests to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check in.

Day 2 : LUXOR WEST BANK, VISIT TO TOMB OF TUTANKHAMUN, AND SAILING TO ASWAN.

Begin the second day with breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise boat. (For the early birds, there is an opportunity for an optional Hot Air Balloon ride. Note, this optional activity is an additional cost.) The trip will then continue to Luxor’s West Bank, where guests will see the spectacular Valley of Kings and three royal tombs. During this once in a lifetime encounter, guests will enter King TUTANKHAMUN’s tomb and witness his mummies coffin and sarcophagus. Afterwards, we will visit the Hatshepsut Temple in Deir el-Bahari, as well as Colossi of Memnon. Then we will return to the Nile Cruise ship for a delicious lunch. After lunch, we set sail towards Aswan, while guests enjoy afternoon tea and incredible views of the Nile Valley.  Upon arrival in Esna, you will see our vessel crossing the lock to a higher level of water, affording the most amazing views of the Nile during your excursion. As the day comes to a close, dinner and an overnight stay will be served on board the Nile Cruise ship at Edfu.

Day 3 : VISIT TO KOM OMBO TEMPLE AND SAILING TO ASWAN CITY.

The third day starts with a great breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise boat. Guests will then enjoy cruising towards Kom Ombo, admiring the stunning views of the Nile Valley. Lunch will be served on board as we sail towards the day’s first stop, Kom Ombo. Upon arriving in Kom Ombo, guests will take a ten-minute walk to the historical Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the deity Sobek, an exceptional historical monument that provides insight into ancient Egypt’s rich cultural heritage.  Then return to the Nile Cruise ship and continue cruising towards Aswan while having afternoon tea on the sun deck. Finally, dinner and overnight stay will take place on board the Nile Cruise boat in Aswan City.

Day 4 : ASWAN CITY TOUR AND FELUCCA RIDE.

The fourth day starts with a great breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise boat in Aswan.  (For the early birds, there is an opportunity for an optional tour of the Abu Simbel temple during this time. Note, this optional tour is an additional cost and comes with a breakfast box. The temple may also be visited on the next Day). Then guests will start the tour of Aswan, which will include stops to the Philae Temple, the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarry of Aswan. Then will then return to the Nile Cruise for lunch. In the afternoon, our guests will ride along the lush green Nile in a traditional Felucca boat, an ancient form of transportation that dates back to the 16th century. (Sailing is subject to weather conditions). Finally, you will board the Nile Cruise for dinner and overnight in Aswan City.

Day 5 : CHECK OUT AND RETURN HOME.

Our guests will begin their last day with breakfast on board before check out the Nile Cruise. At the right time, guests will be transferred to Aswan airport for their journey home or to their accommodation in Aswan, with pleasant experiences of their Egyptian trip.

Booking Policy

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip. Please inquire for pricing over Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays

Children Policy
  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 to 11 years: Children price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

Notes :

  • Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room )
  • If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.
Booking Policy

We are offering a low down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

Tipping

Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.

Cancellation Policy
  • In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
